Over Two Decades of Industry Experience
For over 21 years, Dr. Bubber has been conducting formal psychological assessments for legal and/or insurance purposes. This process typically involves review of documentation, clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and generating a report. It can involve anywhere from 10 to 20 hours of work. Additional service and cost are associated with court preparation and appearances.
She has been accepted as an expert witness for both criminal and civil cases in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Review Board on a number of psychological issues, including diagnosis, assessment process, and treatment.
I Accept Referrals From
My rate for conducting assessments is $225.00 per hour (plus GST). Billing is based on the time spent reviewing documents, interviewing the client and any collaterals, administration and scoring of psychometric testing, phone consultations, and report writing.
If attendance for court is required, court preparation is billed at $225.00 per hour (plus GST). The rate for court attendance is $900.00 for half a day (plus GST). Cancellation of court attendance requires three business days or the full amount will be invoiced.
